The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of dispatch and delivery according to Service Level Agreements (SLA) while handling shipments and transfer notes reconciliation. The candidate will also liaise with cross-functional departments for synergy planning and troubleshooting, ensuring data entry and reconciliation of shipment data accuracy, minimizing abnormalities and errors due to shipping data, leading and preparing the team to consistently ensure compliance with PepsiCo protocols and 3rd party audits like FSSC 22000 and AIB.

Responsibilities:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

1. leading and operating the Finished Goods Shipping Processes to ensure accurate dispatch and delivery in accordance with Service Level Agreements. 
2. This includes handling shipments and transfer notes, as well as reconciling STO movements, Two Step Transfers, and GRN. 
3. You will liaise with cross-functional departments to plan and troubleshoot for synergy. Accurate data-entry and reconciliation of shipment data on a daily and monthly basis will also fall under your responsibility.
4.  In addition, you will assist the NDC shift in charge with shift-wise Dispatch Compliance and dispatch reporting, and lead shift activity and dispatch operations in their absence. 
5. Your role will also require you to minimize abnormalities and errors caused by shipping data, and handle NM and LW Reporting, ensuring resolution of any issues pertaining to Finished Goods. 
6. It will be crucial for you to ensure that all projects, maintenance, and engineering-related work permits and activities align with HSE and PepsiCo protocols. 
7. You will be responsible for ensuring all contractual and daily wagers staff follow Safety, Food Safety, and HSE protocols, and leading and preparing the team to consistently comply with PepsiCo protocols and 3rd party audits such as FSSC 22000 and AIB.
