As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing all sales operations related aspects within the assigned geographical area/territory. You will work closely with Field Sales, Distributors, and Customers to achieve set targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve the agreed targets.
• Ability to develop and implement sales plans for a specific territory or area
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and build relationships with distributors and customers
• Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales data and market trends in order to identify opportunities for growth
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed set targets and KPIs
• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles, policies, and practices
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, to create and analyze sales reports and data
