Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating and managing the onboarding process for new hires, including scheduling of inductions.
  2. Maintaining an accurate and efficient HR database with employee information and necessary documentation, including administering new starters, changes, and leavers on the system.
  3. Handling day-to-day HR queries and providing advice in line with current policies and procedures.
  4. Producing informative reports using the HR platform.
  5. Assisting in the accurate processing of payroll and benefits.
  6. Coordinating and assisting with periodic processes such as auditing accuracy of information, collation of completed appraisal documentation, auditing training logs, etc.
  7. Scheduling periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary period reviews.
  8. Supporting College-wide staff training initiatives, with the creation of training packs, agendas, event facilities, etc.
  9. Performing other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department, including participation in project work.
  10. Administering the performance management program by monitoring employee appraisals and salary revisions.
