Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the office.
- Train and guide staff members on the operation of GDS, including ticketing, pricing, issuing, reissuing, and refunds.
- Ensure that all electronic data and files are properly safeguarded.
- Implement internal policies and procedures.
- Have a strong understanding of airline rules and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Strong managerial, leadership, and administrative skills.
- Complete understanding and high competence in the operation of Sabre/Apollo GDS.
- Ability to train and guide staff on the operation of GDS.
- Strong understanding of airline rules and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airline ticketing.
This is a full-time position working from an office in Siddiq Centre, Main Blvd., Gulberg, Lahore.
