Shift Details:
Shift A: 36 hours per week (Evening Shift: 6:00 pm – 12:00 am)
Shift B: 54 hours per week (Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am)
Job Description:
Engage energetically with recurring and new customers to support business development through calls and emails.
Non-rotational fixed shift hours, with no overtime.
Requirements:
- Academic qualifications: Matric, Intermediate, Bachelors, O/A Levels, and University Undergraduates may also apply if shift hours are suitable.
- Basic knowledge of Outbound Call Center operations is preferred.
- Must be creative, multitasking, an active listener, and an effective speaker.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
